There have been numerous complaints that we feel warrant the actions of this petition, some examples include ~ Lisa's Work Performance has been Sub Par since she was Hired~ She will not address Parents concerns and will avoid any Conflict/Disagreement that any parent has~ Lisa thinks the REC Dept. fields and Bathrooms should stay locked unless she is onsite, this has prevented the community from practicing and enjoying all of the activities that the REC offers, several complaints have been made but she does not care~ she does not know how to delegate the work needed to run the REC Dept. correctly causing several residents to reach out to other REC Depts. and play sports elsewhere.~ the current athletic coordinator is over worked and doing the best he can to make things work but Lisa just keeps pilling it on and its causing unneeded stress on the current AC.~ she has allowed some of the children to sign up late and has declined others to participate causing more frustration in the community.~ She lacks the relationship building skills that the parents and players need to have a pleasant atmosphere at Temple REC. she is well known for her Dictator like conduct and my way or the highway attitude~ the grounds maintenance/Grass is the worst we have seen in years, only one person has been delegated to take care of the REC property and most of the grass for the football Game last Saturday was extremely high and quite frankly an embarrassment and just another reflection of the REC Depts. sub par leadership.      

the bottom line is we as Temple citizens are gravely concerned of the direction our beautiful communities Recreation Dept. is currently going, all we ask is to get what we paid for, this petition is the only hope we feel that we have left for a change for the better, I could go on and on about the issues and different horror stories and nightmares that have come from the Temple Rec Dept. in the last couple of years, we hope that the signatures on this petition to Remove and Replace the current director will hold some weight with the city Council and Mayor of Temple!
