We need 2,700 signs Corona Del Sol highschool  in tempe arizona has a completely inappropriate mascot. The mascot is an Aztec man in traditional warrior wear. His outfit  includes a headdress, a vital part of Aztec culture. The mascot suits that are often brought out during assemblies also include these things. The question is why does this school use a real person from history and make a mockery of Native Amercians? The name of the school “crown of the sun” doesn't have anything to do with native american culture. Many of the students feel strongly about the mascot and how the racist undertones are ready to go. In 2021 there should be no room for people to still use peoples cultures for all the wrong reasons.
