The community of Bertram, a suburb less then 12 years old, are disadvantaged with regards to access to reliable and stable internet. This is due to the Telstra exchanges having insufficient ports. We are forced into mobile broadband which carries higher charges per month and less usable data. This service is also unstable in parts of the suburb due to coverage. I am seeking to encourage Telstra to upgrade the infrastructure supporting Bertram to allow us the same opportunities as suburbs double or triple in age. The primary school needs this. The residents need this.
