I wrote this petition in support of the Ukrainian citizens seeking refuge in the USA. I am asking the President Biden’s administration to waive visa requirements and/or grant refugee status to the Ukrainian refugees. We must act now! Please sign this petition and share!

Currently, many families are seeking a safe place to stay following the Russian attack of sovereign Ukraine. Every Ukrainian family seeking refuge, while leaving their only home they knew since birth or for generations, is just like any of us! They are someone's family: someone’s child, someone's sister, someone's wife, someone’s grandchild, someone’s grandma. They have no choice but to leave behind their livelihoods, the only homes they knew, their friends, their towns or villages, their husbands and run for their lives while their husbands, fathers, uncles are fearlessly protecting independence of Ukraine and their freedom. Russia’s president Putin disrupted their lives with hostile forces and is killing innocent people, children, for no reason and with no mercy.

We have seen the courage to withstand the strongest enemy of all times as demonstrated by the brave Ukrainians! And today, now, we can show our courage back to Ukrainians, we can help them reunite with their families here in the USA.

We are asking President Biden’s administration to waive visa requirements and/or grant refugee status to Ukrainian people seeking to reutine with their families in the USA. We are in need to have a program to help bring refugees to safety from Ukraine.
