BP saturates the market with its pricey PR onslaught, implying that the clean-up is over and the Gulf is better than ever—but that's simply not true. The facts are that this year alone, more than three years after the BP disaster, more than 4.6 million more pounds of oily material have been recovered from Gulf of Mexico shorelines. The Gulf is still waiting for BP to accept responsibility in order to properly restore the Gulf. For many dolphins, that will come too late.
