Keep Mr. Ron Sakolsky's job at O'Block before it’s too late!!

The Issue

***PLEASE READ UPDATE ABOUT THE SCHOOL BOARD MEETING***

Mr. Sakolsky has been one of the most dedicated teachers at Plum Borough School district for almost thirty years. He was also my, and many other Plum students’, seventh grade World History teacher at O’block Junior High school. Today, Mr. Sakolsky is facing possible and extremely wrongful termination. I, and many other of his students, were greatly impacted by his unique and fully effective ways of teaching. Mr. S is one of, if not the best, teachers in the entirety of the Plum Borough school district. He is by far one of the most committed, caring, smartest teachers I have ever had, and I would hate to see him terminated over something so minuscule.
In addition to being extremely dedicated to his teaching job, Sakolsky also conducts the Reach Out club at O’block. The Reach Out club is a way for students to connect with the less fortunate and allows them to help the community. I, personally, was a part of the Reach Out club when I attended O’block, and remember feeling extremely pleased to be involved in lending a helping hand to those in need. Without Sakolsky, the club will likely be terminated, as he is the only teacher left in the building running it.
Furthermore, as well as being fully committed to his current students, Mr. S also remembers every single one of his past students. Sakolsky made a large effort to create a safe and family-like environment for all of his students. I feel that I not only attainted knowledge about World History in his class but knowledge about life. To many students, Mr. S is not just a teacher, but a role model; and in the eyes of many, a role model who teaches more than just a World History teacher is much more valuable in life.
So, please consider signing the petition and emailing the Plum Borough School Board Members to help Mr. Sakolsky keep his beloved job at O’block Junior High school because "NO ACT OF KINDNESS NO MATTER HOW SMALL IS EVER WASTED". I, and all of his admiring past students, would greatly appreciate it. He does not deserve this.
