Back in the day, you could bring your own lawn chair to a concert at the formerly known Cruzan Amphitheater. But since it became iThink Financial Amphitheater they stopped allowing their patrons to bring their own lawn chairs, and now charge $20 to 'rent' a chair for the evening. Besides this being a greedy money grab, they usually ALWAYS run out of chairs! Not everyone is comfortable on a blanket, and some people need that back support to be able to enjoy the concert comfortably. Personal chairs might be wider, higher off the ground, more supportive, and more cushioned, sometimes with a head rest. This policy is not supportive of people with disabilities. And considering the ridiculous costs of concert tickets, the least they can do is allow you to enjoy in comfort. Make these crooks listen to their consumers. Let us bring our own chairs!
