I don't see how a company/organization, can in good conscience, be considered the official: anything, of the: Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation; while discrimination against people due to sexual/percieved sexual orientation, by the employees of said company/organization; is being practiced, and tolerated. Southwest Airlines; should take any and all corrective action; necessary to make sure that this discrimination is stopped once and for-all.
