Retired City Councilwoman Catherine Donohue filed an ethics complaint with the City Of Denver against City Councilwoman Stacie Gilmore. Ms. Gilmore is married to Scott Gilmore , Deputy Director of the Denver Department of Parks and Recreation that is involved in the controversial Plate to Park HIll drainage project and more specifically, the drainage proposed for City Park Golf Course.
