Dropped calls, poor reception, sub-par 3G service, horrendous customer service, predatory business practices ... the list goes on and on.  AT&T is possibly the worst mobile operator in the United States, yet still Apple refuses to offer the iPhone on other networks.

Whether there is an exclusivity agreement or not, at this point, Apple needs to bite the bullet and breach the agreement.  Apple has built its brand on customer experience, and in this case, they are failing us dramatically.  The experience is simply unacceptable.
