It is time for the entire Laudium and surrounds to make the jump to faster more stable internet. With this petition we want to get the attention of Telkom, MTN, Vumatel and any other Fibre provider in South Africa to show them that there are people in Laudium willing to ditch the crappy copper ADSL lines which Telkom has decided to cancel in our area any way and move us onto the extremely useless wireless service of theirs.

There are already fibre lines installed in Laudium therefore it is possible for us to get proper internet.  We must just prove to the big companies that Laudium does have a market for Fibre

There is Fibre in parts of Laudium, Claudius and Erasmia.  If the infrastructure is already in the area it is only fair that we be considered for fibre instead of forcing the residents to use the wireless service which is oversubscribed in the area and is useless.
