1. PR1MA Residensi Utama didn't have a good coverage of Internet.

2. The only good coverage is from Digi but maximum speed is only 30Mbps and usually slow in speed in the evening.

3. All the other ISP except Digi have poor reception.

4. PR1MA own ISP, PR1MA comm currently is one of the most expensive fiber optic provider and the service for new application is on hold without valid explanations

5. Telekom Malaysia is one of the most affordable ISP for fiber optic (UNIFI)
