OUR CASE AGAINTS JAMESDSP

1. Againts Mr Joseph Yeung owner of jamesdsp group for not being responsibble as owner of the group. Not promoting peaceful coexistence in the telegram audio community but instead did his best to be opposite..

2. For making false acusation againts us as a group and to Jay Soliano as individual to discredit him and his work using his influence.

Mr JOSEPH YEUNG Is not qualified audio engineer, does not work in the field of audio as a profession or have a recognise degree in audio engineering?

STORMVIPER - JAY SOLIANO Is an audio engineer, member of AES, And work in the field of audio post production for past 15 years. Has a degree in audio engineering in the UK.. So mr jay soliano is more then qualified..

So making false claim that our work is bad when he does not have experience nor the qualification is totally unacceptable to us anymore..

IF HE WANTS HE CAN MAKE OR PROVE THAT IN COURT

We have always try be humble but it has come to a point that this has become serious.

Mr Jay Soliano told mr joseph yeung that his father has recently past away and he should be respectful. He is stil going through mourning. Despite that he is not even sensitive about Jay's situation and did not understand that the comment in hir group is causing unecessary pain .

We want to ask a recognise.. CIVIL COURT TO RULE MR JOSEPH YEUNG NOT FIT TO REGISTER, OWN, OR MAINTAIN ANY PUBLIC GROUP CHAT and be barred to own them until he can prove to be responsible to general public.

3. TO CLAIM COMPESATION FROM MR JOSEPH YEUNG GROUP for causing Mr JAY SOLIANO unbearable stress
