I think we all can agree that the teachers have been giving us far too much work or just a lot of work in the same week. We don’t have much time for work or anything fun anymore. We’re on zooms half the day then homework the rest but some of us teens and almost adults have jobs. We’re saving up for college and other expenses but when we have so many assignments to do we can’t make our goals. Kids wanna be able to go out and do some things during covid but teachers assigning homework everyday gets to a point where a lot of kids lose motivation and confidence on finishing the school year up strong. This is why I think we need to lower how many assignments teachers put out there for us. Give us extra time to complete them because we all don’t just have one class. We have 6-7 but that doesn’t matter because that’s 24-30 assignments a week. Not all classes are giving out so much work but the ones that do, make sure you don’t have enough time to finish them but punish you by taking late points off. We want less workload so we all can mantain our mental health along with our physical and emotional health. Please sign if you agree with me.
