People have actually been getting fired for their political beliefs! Since the close of elections this has been seen more and more, employers are even starting to brag about it rather than deny it! This must be stopped, political views must be protected just as is religion, race, etc. in the workforce. If you are allowing people to be controlled through their work as to whom they vote for...what is the point of a free world with a free leader and fair elections?  

What is going on is unreal, and I believe it’s been sliding under the radar with so many other issues going on. But we can bring attention to it, and we can start with this petition! Make your voices heard, and reserve your right to vote and speak freely of your political view without fear of being unemployed! No one has the right to fire you because of who you chose to vote for! This is a new tactic to control voters and it must be stopped immediately, and the employers need to pay the unemployed workers who have been fired for political discrimination. Not one American deserves to be sitting at home wondering where their next meal will come from because of their political views.

This issue may not affect you right now, but that doesn’t mean it won’t! This is quickly becoming the new “norm”, and political tables are always turning. It very well may be your turn soon if it hasn’t already! ALL AMERICANS should support this, no matter your affiliation!
