At the crack of dawn on the 1st of March, my snapchat account was ripped from me for absolutely no reason. I was given NO warning by team snapchat about any suspicious activity happening on my account which could have resulted in the closure of my account. I've had this account since 2016, so take a minute to imagine the amount of memories accumulated over the years. From secondary days all through to sixth form days. Many of my family memebers communicate with me through snapchat as it is the easiest way, with my account being closed this has now been compromised. My number and email have always been verifed, I do NOT take part in spamming activities nor do I or have I ever broken any of snpachats rules. I have always, with my hand on heart, followed the terms and conditions the app has put in place from day dot. So for all these reasons I truely do not understand the reason behind my account being closed so suddenly. I know there are so many serious things happening in the world everday but this is a serious probelm to me and all I ask of you is 2 minutes of your time to help me get my account reopend.
