TATA Group always have been a savior for many during tough times. But due to overnight decision at TATA Motors, around 95+ families have to see an unprecedented dark days ahead due to losing their jobs. This is the hypocrisy of TATA Motors, one  hand 1500 Crore donation to PM Care fund and other hand slaughtered their employees.

The affected people are working for the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit division of TATA Motors on Drona project since last 6-7 years. 

On 2nd June 2020, when they got up early in the morning and got this shocking news that 30th June is their last working day. They are not offered any alternative. Even no compensation offered to them. Straight away the last working day was announced. If TATA Motors wants to fire them, Please give 3 months compensation to them so that they can save their starving family.

This type of decision at this time is really shocking to everyone. One side TATA Group is donating 1500 Crore to fight against the pandemic and the other side Tata Group is leaving their team to die due to hunger. Almost every effected person is going under depression. 

Its very un-fortunate that after investing precious six years into TATA Motors, these people are still introspecting them-self, that after working for 75 months India's no 1 truck manufacturing company couldn't feed them for 75 days of pandemic.

Writing this, with a last hope for the support. These employees of Commercial Vehicle Business Unit of Tata Limited Motors served the organisation for 6-7 years, During this period, they contributed their heart and soul to achieve the organisational goals. They always considered TATA Motors as a family and they did all the things which a person do for their family. But in the crisis of COVID, Tata Group has taken a very hard decision of layoff. These employees are the sole bread earner for their family and their salary was also not that much where they could maintain a backup account balance. Its my humble request to Mr. Ratan N TATA that 30th June is their last working day for DRONAs at Tata Motors of the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, after that they would be on the streets. Sir please, kindly intervene and please extend your support in this pandemic.

Please return back 15 Crores out of 1500 Crore which TATA donated to you in PM Care fund which is enough for one year salary to all of them.
