Because we are educated supporters, an occasional update is always justified to ensure that our plight is factual and fair. I am so pleased to see that we share the same love and admiration for Ms. Quvenzhane and because of that, we relieved her name from the petition. The reason why she was removed was because she was not able to model for this line after Target requested her to. So Target did not shun her out HOWEVER-it still does not speak to the lack of diversity in the ads- especially as it relates to that red dress, this is why we are still pushing.
