Despite the negative comments and tweets, I am glad that people of all races that understand what this petition is all about. It is bigger than the ad- it is about a large chain understanding that sometimes, they have not been culturally sound. Again , the Barbie and products carried the list can go on and on. The point is, when I see those that sign and support that are not from the African American community- it proves that this is not a racial thing, it is a a respect thing. So those that we are race baiting- well I am sorry if this made you uncomfortable in your world. The reality is the Red Dress and Locket has not made its way to the African American Community as of yet. Target can you make that happen?
