I am disgusted by how many innocent lives are taken because of mass shootings in America. It's time for a plan. If the government won't do anything about gun control, then we the people need a plan in our own community's shopping grounds in order to defuse the situation and decrease the amount of casualties. Retailers need to come together to create an emergency plan for their employees in order to protect our own communities and loved ones. It is inexcusable at this point in life in America to not be prepared. If you believe we the people can stand up to these mentally disturbed with guns with an evacuation plan, and a confrontational plan in severe situations to protect those that are loved; then please help this cause and get this noticed for the better of our future and our families!
