My dental teacher Mrs. Martorana has reached the end of her contract and has been told that they will not renew it meaning she will not be able to teach at Greater Lawrence Technical school next year. Mrs. Martorana should not be let go because of individuals students behaviors. She has been our teacher for almost two years and has only tried to show us discipline, fairness as a class and what we need to learn. The dental assisting students would like to know if there could be some consideration on helping her stay at our school. We as a class feel as if giving us a new teacher is not a better way to help us but its a worse way for us to learn. Mrs. Martorana has taught us so much throughout these years that we as a class feel we wont be able to pick up from a new teacher. Mrs. Martorana has taught us more than a regular teacher can in two periods. Please take in consideration in what we are standing up for.
