I'm one of the yours who doesn't pay the fees of Anna university April/May 2020 examination.

Regarding the recent announcement Dated (26/08/2020) G.O Click Here. Respected Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Dr. Edappadi K. Palaniswami cancelled Anna University exams, for current, passed out and special case most importantly only for the students who had paid their fees earlier dated (23/03/2020 upto 20/4/2020).

Notification was posted on the Anna University Web Portal, and the payment was paid by only less number of students either through online or directly to their respective colleges.

The Main Motive of this Petition is, most of the students were unable to pay their fees on time provided by the Anna University. So insisting Government to reconsider their decision and Announce All Pass For non paid students too as soon as possible.

The foremost reason were the Corona Pandemic Issue around the globe, and the subsequent National level lockdown all over India announced by Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on (24/03/2020) which resulted in students getting locked up in their homes, and some even in abroad countries.

Second comes here, Anna University Notification Click Here Issued a notification to all institutions regarding to pay only the current subjects exam fees and informed them to pay for the arrear subjects at the later date.

The final issue here is Server and the Payment Gateway Issues on the Anna university web portal servers which did respond with errors.

Anna University dated 04/06/2020 Notification Click Here issued another that explains students who doesn't pay the fees would be given time further to pay the fees after the announcement of the examination schedule. But then university doesn't open up the portal as said still.

Most of the students who had not pay the fees are now in Depressed State, which "defuncts" the Chief Minister words to the media " We cannot let any students in a depressed condition".

Madras High Court Honourable Justice Anand N. Venkatesh  passed a verdict on 21/08/2020 Press Release Click Here that Students who are paid or not paid doesn't matter, Anna University must release their result without Any Hold for April/May 2020 Examinations.

So help this petition to Make Stand Out and let it hear to all over the ears of Tamil Nadu government and the Anna university.
