The Champions Crossing HOA is using our hard-earned community funds to file foreclosure lawsuits against homeowners for fees that they already paid! Despite now knowing that the homeowners have paid their fees, the HOA is now using even more community funds and hired a second law firm to avoid taking responsibility for filing a frivolous lawsuit. This comes after the Champions Crossing HOA raised everyone's fees by $53 due to an alleged and unexplained "deficit"!

If we do not act now to stop the HOA from continuing with these lawsuits and filing more frivolous lawsuits, all of our hard-earned money will be wasted protecting the pride of the members of the Board, who refuse to own up to their mistake.
