Tacoma City Council is preparing to change the zoning of Tacoma from primarily single family homes to allow 4 story apartments (60' high) in residential neighborhoods with a new mid-scale zoning for 40% of the city.  This process has been rushed through without properly informing citizens of Tacoma in order to benefit big developers and people who want to move into Tacoma.
