Re-opening & reusing an empty building to put in a little ceasars at the old tacobell

The Issue

Might as well use a building that’s already up to install a Little Ceasars at the old TacoBell in Kihei, the old one was shut down because K-mart was shutting down. Don’t you miss the cheesy bread & just quick easy grab pizza?
