Every day as I walk to school in Southend, I'm disheartened by the sheer amount of litter scattered across our community. From food wrappers and plastic bottles to cigarette butts, the streets are often cluttered with debris that not only scars our landscape but also poses environmental and health risks. This is an issue that cannot be ignored any longer.

We must tackle this issue to the best of our ability as soon as possible to preserve our diminishing ecosystems and wildlife . The next generation may be the one to pay the price of the problems of today this shouldn't be the case we should deal with the litter on our streets immediately
