The people of Tredyffrin/Easttown (T/E) Township demand the immediate resignation of Dr. Richard Gusick, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Wendy Towle, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Staff Development and Planning, and Arthur J. McDonnell, Board Secretary/Business Manager. Dr. Gusick, Dr. Towle, and Mr. McDonnell have and continue to operate in a manner that serves their personal interests and not the interests of the people or the children in T/E. We the people demand their resignation by August 30, 2021. This petition serves as the formal request by the people of T/E to the School Board to ensure this request of their resignation is enforced. If Dr. Gusick, Dr. Towle, and Mr. McDonnell refuse to cooperate and turn in their resignation by the requested date then we the people of T/E demand that the school board terminate them by no later than September 6, 2021. If the school board fails to comply with the requests of the people of T/E, then the people of T/E will demand the individual school board members resignation for each school board member that fails to follow through on this request. School board member resignations will be demanded by the people by September 13, 2021, for all school board members who continue to oppose the requests of the people in T/E. By this petition and by majority vote of the people of T/E we demand the school board uphold our rights in this district. Any member of T/E that will stand in opposition to the well-being of the T/E community will be investigated and held personally liable for their own personal gain (financial or other).
