(PETITION ON BEHALF JARREL WILLIAMS RELEASE) Hello my name is Jarrel Williams and I'm from the southside of Syracuse New York. In 2011 I was arrested for federal racketeering charges and sentence to 420 months. I'm calling on the city of Syracuse to help me return back to my family and friends as the man I am today rather then the person I was years ago. I'm not the same young man I was 12 years ago. 

  During my incarceration, I earned my G.E.D, electrician certified, and I'm currently in college for business, as well as a lot of other programs that I have completed to make sure that I’d never return back to prison. I have matured mentally as well as spiritually in a way that I even surprise myself. I know the city of Syracuse is a dangerous environment because I've lived there my whole life. I am willing to work with the youth. In doing so I would like to use my experience and knowledge that I acquired from the Man Up program and put it into action. In the back of my mind I know that if I had some of those tools in my life then I would not be in my current circumstances today. Today I use these tools to change lives and help others to succeed in life.

     My goal today is to rebuild my city and help the place I grew up in and a city that needs changes to help the new generation. So I’ve came up with this petition to Show the judge that i have changed my ways and my mindset.
