Backblaze has an excellent product, B2 and Synology have an excellent product, Hyper Backup.

Synology supports many other large cloud providers in Hyper Backup, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Dropbox, IBM, Rackspace etc

However Backblaze is missing, they are a large provider and are a favourite amongst Home and SMB's customers, these are the types of customers who buy Synology products.

Synology have not added support for them, which has been compatible for years according to comments from employees on offical forums. Backblaze has stated that the service is compatible if Synology wants to add it.

Synology do support Backblaze in Cloud Sync however this is not suitable as a reliable backup.

I ask that every enthusiast please sign this petition and show these companies that we want this to happen, we are not asking for free, both of these are paid products and services.

Please work together and make it happen, your customers will respect you both even more.
