Sweet Tomatoes/Souplantation is a great restaurant (see http://www.souplantation.com/ )  but they have none in the great state of Minnesota.

Sweet Tomatoes is a healthy, delicious, and fresh BUFFET restaurant that offers salads, soups, pasta, breads, muffins, and desserts. A delicious meal at a low cost. Sweet Tomatoes is 100% better than Old Country Buffet or most other buffet restaurants. 

Reasons to have Sweet Tomatoes in Minnesota:

1. The food is great

2. The Twin Cities were rated the 13th healthiest place in America, so a salad buffet would be popular.
