Eric DeMuro started this petition to Suwannee River Water Management and

Nestle North American Water has taken out a permit with Gilchrist County Commission to pump 1.152 million gallons of water a day from a beautiful spring. This disaster should never have been aloud to happen. This is all free for Nestle. Yet, they are taking away from the natural beauty that we all know and love as Ginnie Springs. This petition is to stop the pumping from happening and restore Ginnie Springs to the way it should be kept and conserved. We've had enough natural gems destroyed due to other factories. Let's not let factories invade Ginnie Springs. #KEEPGINNIESPRINGSALIVE. It's remarkable how corporate America can just walk in, take a permit, and deplete natural resources at no cost. Not to mention, all the Floridains who have gone to Ginnie Springs multiple times. It's a Floridian past time that shouldn't be messed with, and many of us feel this way. IT'S TIME TO STOP THIS. If this continues, I might not be able to take my son, or my son's son to this beautiful oasis.
