If this Planning Proposal is to be considered by council they must firstly do the following

. Council to Instruct an independent planning firm specialising in master plans to prepare a report on the application,

. Council Instruct an independent consultant to prepare a SOCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT addressing the 4,600m2 PUB on an alcohol free memorial park

. Council Instruct a local traffic engineer to prepare a report.

. Council Instruct an independent arborist to report on the fig trees and an independent report on shadowing including the shadows being cast on the trees

. Council Prepare a report enclosing all of the above

. Then HOLD A PUBLIC ENQUIRY

. Only then after the outcomes of the Public Enquiry can council submit the proposal to Gateway
