Petition to Susquehanna Township Commission

We ask the Susquehanna Township Commission to reject all waivers to zoning ordinances for development of 3405 N. Front St and to ensure that any project located there comports with the Sustainable Susquehanna 2030 Comprehensive Plan for Development.

·        We request a traffic study of this location be completed prior to any development at this site;

·        We ask the Commissioners once to again reject any use of this property which involves medical waste;

·        We ask Riveroaks Associates (Property Owner) and Linlo Properties (Proposed Buyer/Developer) to withdraw their lawsuit against our neighbors;

·        We ask that Linlo Properties reconsider any use of this site for high-traffic businesses;

·        We ask that all proper applications be made to PennDOT, DEP, FEMA and other appropriate oversight agencies in connection with applications for development of this site.
