We are individuals who have been aggrieved by the practices of Removal Hub, Ltd., a moving company based in Dublin, Ireland, which has tossed our lives into chaos. We and many others paid in advance to have our household shipment delivered by the Removal Hub, but they failed to deliver our shipment. The Removal Hub picked up our shipment in August 2022 and the only thing they have delivered is lies, broken promises, and unreturned emails and phone calls. The tragedy is not just about the delay in shipping, but about the irreplaceable and priceless memories that we are losing. The baby pictures of our children, ceramics handcrafted by our son in school, a handmade knitted Norwegian sweater and artwork from our family - these and many other precious tokens of our lives which are currently in limbo, or worse, are lost forever. 

This is not just about the delay in shipment. This is about the blatant and repeated ignorance of Removal Hub, Ltd. towards its customers. Since our tragic experience in August 2022, we have encountered numerous other customers who have suffered at their hands. Calls and emails never returned, deposit money kept to no service given – it is apparent that this deceitful business practice is rampant with Removal Hub, Ltd.

We call upon the appropriate authorities to take strict action – to suspend the business license of Removal Hub, Ltd. for their repeated disregard for trade laws, poor customer service, repeated breach of customer contracts, and unfair business practices. We ask you to help rectify the injustices caused by them, not just to us, but to countless others.

The agony of losing precious memories cannot be quantified into monetary loss; the trauma of cheated trust cannot be restored easily.
