Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, built a massive following promoting "looksmaxxing," a movement focused on maximizing physical attractiveness, including a method he calls "bone smashing" that involves striking his own jawline with a hammer. That following turned into real-world influence: in June, he walked a runway during Paris Fashion Week.

This month, Massachusetts prosecutors charged Peters with rape, providing alcohol to someone under the legal drinking age, and drugging a person for the purpose of sexual intercourse, stemming from an alleged May 2025 incident. The charges follow a separate civil lawsuit filed earlier this year by a woman who says Peters served her repeated rounds of vodka and injected her with an unapproved substance before assaulting her at his family's Cape Cod home. She says she was a minor at the time. A spokesperson for Peters called the criminal charges "bogus" and said he has not yet been served with the warrant.

Meta (Instagram), TikTok, and X built the audience that made Peters a public figure, and the organizers behind Paris Fashion Week gave him a runway after his controversies were already public record. None of them should keep amplifying, monetizing, or booking someone facing felony charges this serious while the case is pending.

This petition calls on those platforms to suspend monetization and verification benefits for Peters' accounts, and on fashion and brand partners to pause any future bookings, until the criminal case is resolved. Young people make up a large share of his audience, and platforms and brands have a responsibility not to hand a bigger megaphone to someone facing these specific allegations.
