Robert Oliver is a Child killer, he drugged, raped and killed 25 kids, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison for manslaughter but only served 8. He was arrested and jailed for 3 years last July but was released to live in a Bail Hostel in Guildford, the Hostel is located 500 yards away from an infant school. He has been spotted in Guildford town centre on several occasions, mingling with kids in the high street.

This "man" has no place in Guildford, and i urge Surrey Police to put him back behind bars.
