Punish the people involved in vehicular homicide

Punish the people involved in vehicular homicide
The issue
On December 14, 2019 Paramita RL Rana was involved on a DUI car accident which led to the death of Leela Devkota, a mother of four and who was returning from a temple at 8 in the morning. She, along with her another friend, fled the scene after the accident and walked on a ramp the same day without any sign of remorse on her face. Not being able to handle the hate on her social media, she deleted comments and blocked people.
She came out with an apology after 2 weeks and changed her username to Paramita2.0 saying that incident changed her life. Here, she tried to empathise with Leela's family saying she lost her father on a car accident as well and and blamed her fleeing on her mental health saying she was mentally unstable. Then on her recent TikTok where she was asked about what she would wear on such a day she said "Versace which you can never afford" She is someone who is still being signed by major labels of Nepal.
Even if we assume the first apology was real, she still hasn't learnt from the past incident and it only looks like she was just playing the victim card. As the comment was tweeted by someone and got viral, she used the same tactics of playing victim card again with apology in her Instagram story. I do not know what she's upto and what her future actions will be. But she surely needs to be taught a lesson.
