Deregulate the contents of streaming services like Netflix in India.

The Issue

Supreme Court has recently passed a notice to Centre which asks them to regulate the content that is available on streaming services in India i.e Netflix, Amazon prime etc. This happened due to the plea being submitted by an NGO named "Justice for rights" and claimed that the services contained "Vulgar, uncertified and sexually explicit content", the plea was previously rejected by the Delhi High Court.

The reasons given by the NGO named "Justice for rights" for regulation of contents on streaming services is completely absurd as they don't hold a solid ground.

> "Vulgar" contents an mentioned by the NGO is just a form of high-key unacceptance of the basic human body and human rights.

> "Uncertified" as the NGO says is completely certified as the streaming services are independent.

>"Morally unethical" as also said by the NGO is pointless as morals are differentiated by different religious group.

The NGO "Justice for Rights" is playing a very contradictory and conflicted part in this notice and they are trying to limitl Public Rights and Freedom which is a form of Injustice whilst their own name very much screams Justice for Rights.
