Under SC/ST STROCITIES ACT 22.5% of Indian population can go to nearby police station lodging a complaint against anybody that he has abused me.Police station is bound to lodge a FIR and arrest the person without any evidence and bound to send him to jail for six months.No enquiry no evidence required.

Concerned person will remain in jail for 6 month.Any encroacher , any person with malice against u, any person wiiling to ruin your life will be able to send u in jail for 6 months.

This is law.I don't think any such law is anywhere in any part of the World that anybody can send u jail for 6 month without evidence without trial.

It is mockery of JUSTICE IN A DEMOCRACY ,it's MOCKERY OF. PRINCIPLE. OF EQUALITY given in CONSTITUTION.

In a recent decision Jabalpur High Court has said that as per HON SUPREME COURT guidelines no anticipatory can be given.Only reedy is go to jail.Get FIR revoked remaining under prison.WHAT A JOKE. IS THIS.

A CITIZEN WILL PAY PRICE OF FAILURE OF SYSTEM,POLICE,JUDICIARY who is unable to give justice to sc and sc,  . 87.5/% indian Population is paying price of. their inability.

A WRONG DOER CAN. SEND. U JAIL WITHOUT ANY CAUSE.HE. HAS. NOTHING TO PROVE.ITS U WHO HAVE TO PROVE EVERYTHING.

78.5% Population living with fear of fake FIR and going to jail. for. 6 month with or without reason.

Thousands of FAKE FIR have been lodged .Due to such fake FIR some committed suicide .Others facing court cases for years.Ultimately they will be freed with their hoour running their lives in jail and paying a lot of money during litigation.

Some modifications were prescribed , based on misuse of this law but lower and upper house of India revoked it.

NOT EVEN A SINGLE MP SPOKE IN  FAVOUR OF MODIFICATIONS.They all supported this draconian law for votes of SC/SC.

WITH NO MALICE AGAIST SC/ST.Or 77.5% population.Modification is required.

WORLD MUST KNOW ABOUT THIS DRACONIAN LAW ,A BIG JOKE OF PRICIPLE OF WQUALITY OF INDIAN. CONSTITUTION.
