High Court advocates G Vaman Rao and his wife Adv. Nagamani were stabbed to death in broad day light in Peddapalli, Telangana on 02/17/2021. 

Nagamani succumbed to her injuries on the spot, Vaman Rao died on the way to the hospital. Vaman Rao, while lying on the road with bleeding injuries, took the name of Kunta Srinu, ruling Telangana Rastra Samithi  TRS Mandal President close follower of Ex-MLA and Current ZP chairman Putta Madhu. They have filed disproportionate assets case against Zilla Parishad Chairman Putta Madhukar.

The lawyer couple had last year filed a PIL about the alleged custodial death of a Dalit man, Seelam Rangaiah, who was found hanging in the toilet of the Manthani police station. 

They approached Telangana high court earlier this month that the police is harassing them for seeking a probe into the custodial death of Rangaiah.They were being harassed with false cases as they had taken up the case.

They helped victims in multiple cases of ruling TRS brutality and misuse of power by police. 

Police Commissioner and all police officials responsible for manthani police should be transferred & suspended immediately. TRS Ex MLA and his follower Kunta Srinu should be immediately arrested. There should be enquiry by CBI and sitting judge of Supreme Court in this case. Time to save the system.
