STOP animal sacrifice on Bakrid: Omit section 28 of PCA Act, 1960

The Issue

Mob lynching begins by animals !!!!!!
1. Animal can't be treated as Goods, commodity and agriculture products.
2. Restoration of five freedoms.
3. All offenses be cognizable and non bailable in legal terms.
4. Replace toothless Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
5. Omit section 28 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, which exempt animal sacrifice on religious purpose.
