NO RENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The Issue
- RENT DURING THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD MUST BE WAIVED OFF BY THE LANDLORDS(PARTICULARLY FOR THE STUDENTS COMMUNITY)
- IF IT IS NOT FEASIBLE TO WAIVE OFF 100% RENT, ATLEAST NEGOTIATION BETWEEN THE TENANT AND THE LANDLORD.
- This pandemic has made all the economic activities to come at a stand still and hence it is not possible for the students or their parents to pay hefty RENT.
