Damiean Tolson is actually innocent and was wrongfully convicted of 1st degree murder in Lawrence County Tennessee in 2005. There was no evidence presented whatsoever none of the eyewitnesses identified him as a suspect they saw at the crime scene, and the TBI Forensic Lab expert even testified that “A shooter would have DNA or gunpowder residue on his own clothes and hands no DNA or gunpowder residue was found on my clothes or shoes linking me to this crime”. All of the eyewitnesses testified Damiean clothes and shoes were not the same items that the suspect saw him wearing. The prosecution was still allowed to present Damiean clothes and shoes as relevant exhibits or evidence even though they are clearly irrelevant. Then one month later the police coached and coerced two 13 year old kids appears “out of nowhere”influenced to make these statements which contradicts and merely allege that they seen Damiean over 1/2 mile away from the crime scene on the night of the murder even though nobody ever made any of these allegations. These two kids are actually describing completely different days that they seen Damiean and the investigator simply switched the date and put the day of the murder on those kids statements and fraudulently applied them to this case to cut corners to get a conviction. Calls to the 911 reported family disputes I am no family member of the victim. This case is fraught with Due Process, Violations Miranda Violations and all kinds of Illegal procedure(s). Damiean had 6 adults alibis who testified and consistently verified his whereabouts at the time of the crime which directly contradicts these two kids statements and no evidence placing Damiean at the crime. TBI found that another male DNA evidence at the crime scene, and the Prosecution choose to suppress that evidence and choose to base their conviction on these two 13 year old. This is a Flagrant Miscarriage of Justice that Damiean is actually serving a life sentence based solely upon faulty misinformation from two six graders, All white jurors, and prosecutor suppressed Exculpatory evidence would have proved a fair trail.  Used your voice collectively to Exonerate Damiean Tolson who is actually innocent and has been wrongly convicted.
