Our mission is to maintain school vitality, steadily increasing enrollment, financial stability, well-rounded student growth and development, and high academic standards. 

We have planned and worked tirelessly on behalf of all the communities in our area to provide the best opportunities for all of constituents. We represent the diverse population of our entire community. This is supported by our steady increase in enrollment from families throughout the greater Bridgeport area. 

We are familiar with change and are open to growth and new opportunities. We understand the need to combine our parishes, as the demand for priests is high. We are CONFIDENT  our pastor will provide ministry to bring our families of faith together through sacraments, programming, and joint events. We welcome this. 

 The past 7 years with the strong leadership of Mrs. Koster, we have seen amazing growth in our curriculum, enrollment, and community.  We continue to grow, taking a large number of transfer students from other local Catholic schools.

Our proposal is for the Archdiocese to  let BCA and St. Gabriel’s pilot 1 church with 2 Stand Alone schools.  We ask that you give us a 5 year probation time to see if this structure works. At that time, we can revisit the merger of Bridgeport Catholic Academy and St. Gabriel’s Schools.
