The TTC is one of the most affordable options ti travel the city that is utilized by the majority of people residing in the city. in the past year the TTC has experienced a surge of violent incidents on public transit deterring people from using it. These incidents are a threat to not only people using the service but to the TTCs funding and stability. If these incidents continue the TTC may be forces to downsize or hike up the fair prices.  This petition is asking the government at allocate more money toward helping the TTC put more security staff on platforms and trains.
