Support the State Secrets Protection Act to Allow Court Review of Domestic Spying Cases

Presidents Bush and Obama have sought to block lawsuits on behalf of the victims of torture and warrantless spying by claiming "state secrets." Leading Democrats in both houses have introduced the State Secrets Protection Act (S 417), to require independant court review of such claims.
