في خضم الأزمات التي تمر بها لبنان، أصدرت وزارة الصحة اللبنانية ونقابة التمريض اللبنانية في أيلول/سبتمبر 2025 قرارًا او مرسوم يقيد عمل الممرضين الفلسطينيين والذين يلعبون دورًا حيويًا في النظام الصحي اللبناني. هذا القرار يفرض شروطًا تعجيزية لمزاولة المهنة ويمثل انتهاكاً للحقوق الأساسية.

التأثير السلبي لهذا القرار يهدد بزيادة النقص في الكوادر الطبية والحفاظ على جودة الرعاية الصحية التي تعتمد عليها العديد من المؤسسات الصحية في البلاد.

التقييدات الجديدة تحدّ من الفئات المتاحة للعمل، مما يترك العديد من الممرضين الفلسطينيين في حالة من عدم اليقين حيال مستقبلهم المهني.

وفي ظل الظروف الحالية، فإن أي تقييد إضافي يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تدهور النظام الصحي برمته. ومن المهم أن يعمل المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات غير الحكومية لدعم حقوق الممرضين الفلسطينيين من خلال الضغط على وزاره الصحه العمل على الية لتعديل  هذا القرار.

In the midst of the crises Lebanon faces, on September, 2025, the Lebanese Ministry of Health issued a decision that restricts the work of Palestinian nurses, who play a vital role in the Lebanese health system. This decision imposes onerous conditions for practicing the profession, representing a violation of basic human rights.

The negative impact of this decision threatening to exacerbate shortages in medical staff and compromising the quality of healthcare relied upon by many institutions in the country. The new restrictions limit the available work categories, leaving many Palestinian nurses with uncertainty about their professional future.

Amid the current situation, any additional restrictions could lead to a deterioration of the entire health system. It is crucial for the international community and NGOs to support the rights of Palestinian nurses by pressuring the Lebanese government to revoke this decision.
