We, the undersigned members of the St. Mina & St. Anthony Church committee and its servants, are writing to humbly present our heartfelt recommendation for the ordination of Deacon and Servant Michael Lawandy as a second priest to assist Father Bishoy Al Antony in our church services.

Father Bishoy Al Antony, our beloved priest, has been diligently serving our church community with immense devotion and love. However, the growing needs of our congregation necessitate additional support to effectively minister to the spiritual, pastoral, and administrative demands. We believe that Deacon Michael Lawandy's ordination as a second priest will greatly enhance our church's ability to serve our community more effectively.

Michael's theological knowledge, coupled with his compassionate and humble nature, makes him an ideal candidate for the priesthood. He is well-respected by all members of his church and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, moral integrity, and a deep love for Christ and His teachings.
