For the past 39 years, Grandmaster Yoo has dedicated his life to building Taekwondo World, a place where more than 40,000 students have learned not only the techniques of martial arts but also valuable life lessons in confidence, discipline, and resilience. This journey has been shared by many of you who have become part of our family, contributing to the unique and nurturing atmosphere of our club. Now, as Grandmaster Yoo approaches a well-deserved retirement, he wishes to uphold the legacy he has fostered by passing the leadership of Taekwondo World to his niece, Ms. Suyeon Yoo.

Ms. Suyeon Yoo has grown up immersed in the world of Taekwondo, sharing her uncle’s passion for martial arts and his vision for transformative teaching. Over the years, she has proven herself capable, compassionate, and committed to carrying forward the values and spirit that define Taekwondo World. Allowing her to lead the club into the future is paramount to preserving the strong community bonds and educational values we all treasure. However, in order for this to happen, Ms. Suyeon Yoo's permanent residency is critical. 

Taekwondo World has played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of thousands of locals and maintaining this legacy of positive impact is invaluable.
