As a resident of Lawrence County, Kentucky, I feel compelled to voice my deepest concerns and frustrations regarding the conduct of our current Judge Executive, Phil Carter. In a time when trust in our public officials is paramount, Phil Carter has disregarded his responsibilities and has inflicted harm upon our community with his actions since losing the election.

Unfortunately, Phil Carter's behavior has been anything but impartial and professional. Following his defeat, he has reportedly encouraged the vandalism of a local fire department, showcasing a severe lapse in judgment and abuse of power. Such actions not only damage vital community resources but also undermine the safety and well-being of all residents.

Additionally, there are numerous accounts of Phil Carter neglecting necessary road repairs in areas that didn’t support him electorally, thereby showing blatant disregard for equitable treatment of all constituents. His retaliatory approach towards individuals who stand for truth is not only disturbing but suggests a failure to prioritize the needs of the community over personal vendettas.

The mental health and fitness of Mr. Carter have been openly questioned, raising doubts about his ability to objectively fulfill his duties until the end of his term. His position carries immense responsibility and requires a leader who can rise above personal grievances.
